To achieve this, we need to create an environment where everyone in our company can recognize their potential and take on challenges with enthusiasm and vigor.
We will ensure that the challenges and efforts of every individual who has contributed to shaping the Sumitomo Wiring Systems Group are carried forward into the next era. We will also work to create a company where all personnel can play an even more active role than before.
