Our human resources strategy is one of the aspects that shapes our "2030VISION and Mid-term Management Plan 2025."
Our aim is to continue to develop sustainably up to 2030 and beyond, and to "Continue to be the indispensable partner of the mobility society."

To achieve this, we need to create an environment where everyone in our company can recognize their potential and take on challenges with enthusiasm and vigor.

We will ensure that the challenges and efforts of every individual who has contributed to shaping the Sumitomo Wiring Systems Group are carried forward into the next era. We will also work to create a company where all personnel can play an even more active role than before.
