This includes an internal recruitment system that allows employees to carve out their own career paths, management training and cross-industry exchange training that transcend departmental and company boundaries, and training to develop DX personnel.

Internal recruitment system

This system allows internal personnel to apply for any open positions that are usually advertised externally, based solely on their own will. We support individuals in realizing their proactive career development, including career changes within the company, utilizing the personal connections and knowledge and experience they have accumulated.

Executive Training

We conduct training for executive candidates aimed at developing leaders who can pave the way for the future in the VUCA era. The training focuses on acquiring management knowledge and thinking methods, with the goal of enhancing participants' perspectives and leadership skills through action learning aimed at proposing solutions to management challenges.

Cross-industry exchange training

We implement cross-industry exchange training with other companies to strengthen participants' innovative thinking by tackling issues unrelated to their own operations, and to broaden their perspectives while reaffirming the strengths of both the company and themselves through interactions with companies in other industries.

DX literacy education

We provide educational programs to help all employees, regardless of their department, understand the background and purpose of DX (Digital Transformation) and acquire basic knowledge, enabling them to recognize DX as necessary for themselves and to engage proactively.
