Sumitomo Wiring Systems holds Skill Olympic Games for wiring harnesses, connectors, and electric wires. The aim is to enhance employee skills and achieve the highest possible quality consistently across the globe. The origin of these Olympics was the 1986 skills competition. Once every year, operators who have been selected around the world gather in Japan and these representatives compete to demonstrate their skills in each section, as people with the highest level abilities in the world. The stimulation gained through the Skill Olympic Games becomes further motivation and leads to the enhancement of the corporate strength of the entire SWS Group.
