Our support goes beyond opportunities for dialogue through regular interviews between supervisors and subordinates and includes the provision of opportunities for each employee to reflect on his or her own experiences in order to understand his or her own strengths and form a vision of his or her future. This includes through initiatives such as career design training sessions and a mentoring system in each business unit.
In addition, our Career Consultation Desk enables employees with any uncertainty or concerns about their careers to consult HR employees who are certified career consultants, which is a national qualification.

Line Manager Support for Career Development (Support for the Supervisors)
To strengthen the relationship between the organization, supervisors, and subordinates, we implement various position-specific training programs to support the improvement of management and dialogue skills. This includes career development support training for supervisors, workshops for the purpose of mutual learning on human resource management, new manager training, and coaching training.

We foster an environment that encourages autonomous learning, enabling each individual to pursue their envisioned career by selecting the necessary studies. In addition to the position- and hierarchy-specific training, we also provide training programs that employees can select that are tailored to their respective areas of work and expertise, and support for self-development for the improvement of practical business skills and language skills.
