| We hereby wish to inform that, at the board of the directors meeting on May 11, 2007, Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Ltd. has decided to revise dividend forecast per share for the term ending March 31, 2007, as follows.

| 1. Reason for revision |
|
In view of the steady performance of fiscal 2006, ended March 31, 2007, Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Ltd. is adding a bonus dividend of 4 yen to the previous forecast, and providing a dividend at 20 yen per stock. This matter will be submitted to the fixed general meeting scheduled for June 26(Tue.)2007 |
