The wiring harnesses used in automobiles include engine-compartment harnesses, for wiring inside engine compartments, and interior harnesses, for connecting different electrical components outside the engine compartments. They also include under-floor harnesses that are capable of carrying the high voltages specific to hybrid cars and harnesses for two-wheeled vehicles.
