To ensure our new products are reliable and to reduce development time, we at Sumitomo Wiring Systems have enhanced our evaluation equipment and expanded our core technologies as well as our technologies for testing, evaluating, and analyzing.

We are also exploiting technologies to reduce development time with no prototyping by using CAE simulations, including estimating wiring harness life and thermal and vibration analysis of electronic module products.

By establishing technologies for evaluating electromagnetic noise using the EMC Center (radio frequency anechoic chamber), we are striving to improve our development efficiency and quality for evermore sophisticated new products.

In addition, we have developed chemical analysis capabilities to ensure product reliability in terms of materials and to measure environmentally hazardous substances.
