Whether to change a lifestyle habit that is detrimental to your health totally depends on the understanding and efforts of each individual. We hold a “health festival” every year to remind each person that “health” is an “important resource to live well”.
Health items that are not monitored in regular physical checkups but we are generally concerned about (e.g. blood thinness, arteriosclerosis, stress, bone density) are assessed during the health festival to improve lifestyle habits.

In addition to physical checkups to understand the physical health of employees, we also conduct stress surveys to understand their mental health, and allow each employee know their own mental health condition.
We are also raising awareness of mental health of employees by including mental health training in the training for new employees, promoted personnel training, manager training and so on to deepen understanding, and by inviting external lecturers to present lectures on mental health.
Counselors (clinical psychotherapist) are assigned at the Head Office and Suzuka Plant. Other plants provide employees with consultation services at an external institution so they can receive counseling or guidance regarding mental health.
